    πŸ’™πŸ‘πŸΌ This coming Friday, we will say a final farewell to our principal, Mrs Boyd, ahead of her retirement. Mrs Boyd has worked at our school for 38 years and has taught many wonderful children, their parents, and even their grandparents over the years. Her infectious smile, support, positive attitude and helping hands will be missed by all but we can only wish her the very best for the future and a joyful and relaxing retirement. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ’™

    Thank you to Mrs McCormack and our wonderful children who worked on the slope above the KS2 playground yesterday clearing grass from around the base of newly planted trees. They are thriving 🌿🌱πŸͺ΅. 

     

    Also, a huge thank you and well done to Mr.McKeever's class who have placed their bugs & butterflies along the path and around the benches. 🐞🐝

     

    We are delighted to see plenty of colour in the garden too as the flowers & trees get established. πŸͺ±πŸ•·οΈπŸŒΊ

    πŸ¦‹ 🐌 πŸ› 🐜 Primary 3 had a great time on their Minibeast hunt around the school grounds today. We had such fun looking πŸ‘€ for little critters in the playground, on the grass and through the nature trail 🐝 πŸ¦‹ 🐞

    We are so proud of these girls today again. 

    They won all of their group matches and the semi final and then were narrowly beaten in the final of the Tower cup.

    The Primary 5 children learned about the zero emissions Foyle Metro fleet and the importance and benefits of sustainable public transport. 🚌
