Derry Catechetical Centre - November a time of remembering those who have gone before us.
Tue 03 Nov 2020The Derry Catechetical Centre have worked to create resources to help people remember their beloved who have gone before them in the month of November. Mindful that the usual large parish Masses can’t be held, the diocese is trying to encourage families to pray at home and remember their dead.

NI Wellbeing Service
Tue 13 Oct 2020Barnardo's have launched a brand new emotional wellbeing service – See, Hear, Respond.
This service will work with children and young people in Northern Ireland who might need additional support to cope with the Covid-19 pandemic, offering practical and therapeutic support. It will also offer advice and guidance to any adults who are concerned about a child’s mental health and wellbeing.

Creating a Smooth Road Back to School
Thu 20 Aug 2020The impact of the lockdown on children and young people has not just been academic but also emotional. A lot of parents are extremely concerned about the anxiety that their children are exhibiting during this time. As a result, GSAP commissioned Máire Dunne and Resilio to create online videos to assist parents, on their children’s return to school.
There are 4 short videos and they will help parents with strategies and techniques, that will help their children cope.
