Miss Gallagher’s Primary 5 class have been working hard clearing litter to prepare for our exciting new Nature Trail. 🍃 🍁 

The boys and girls were fantastic helpers and took pride in helping their school. We had lots of discussions in our groups about why littering is a bad choice and the boys and girls got to see for themselves how it impacts nature and hurts wildlife.

Primary 6 had a lovely time completing their collabrative masterpiece. We think it looks beautiful! 💚💙💜❤️

Our fabulous primary one children have settled into their new school routines so well. We are so proud of them and look forward to a year full of accomplishments and achievements 🤩📚✏️ Well done superstars! 🌟

Our Games After School Club got off to a great start today with our Primary 4 children. Well done everyone. 

Mrs Elliott & Mrs Brogan's  P3 classes have harvested their broad beans which they planted in the Spring. The long pods were furry inside keeping the beans safe. Some of the beans will be saved for Mrs Benham & Mrs Lee's P2 classes to plant and grow more beans!

Children will return to school today and the day will finish at 11.30 am. There will be no canteen available today.

🏫 Just a reminder that we open for children on Wednesday 31 August. There will be NO canteen on this day and the children will start at the usual time (between 8.55 and 9.10) and go home at 11.30am. 🏫
✏️ Normal school days will start on Thursday 1 September. Start time is between 8.55am and 9.10am for all children. The P1 children will leave at 12.30pm, the P2 children at 2.20pm, the P3 children at 2.30pm and P4-7 children will leave at 3pm. ✏️

⭐️🎉 Congratulations to the winners at our Primary 7 Prizegiving this afternoon🏆🏅Prizes were awarded for Maths, English, Attendance, Kindess and a variety of Sporting Achievements. We are so proud of all our boys and girls! Thank you to Neil Forester for attending our presentation this afternoon. 🎉⭐️

Well done to this fantastic boy  who came home with a belt after winning his kickboxing fight at the Waterfoot Hotel at the weekend!

A massive ‘Thank You’ to our wonderful families for helping raise £2306 for this years Trocaire Lenten Campaign. This money will now be doubled thanks to UK Aid who will match our donation pound for pound, meaning a massive £4612 will be donated from our school.
